Introduction

This is a blog about ordinary things, about the day to day things I do which I normally take for granted. It is about taking a moment to stop and appreciate all the little tasks, the repetitions and routines, and what they bring to my life. It is, perhaps, mindful, but that is not a word I intend to use (even though I just did). It is a way of helping me to see everything I do, to notice, to appreciate.
